Alegria Dental Care at 3630 Sonoma Boulevard, Vallejo, California.

Dr. Ledda is very friendly. She cleans teeth herself. She doesn't use any of the old-school scraping tools to really get at the trouble issues, unlike other dental offices where this is standard practice for routine cleanings. This means that the cleaning consists only of polishing, which meant I went home feeling like my teeth weren't much cleaner than before she started.

The office staff is perfectly friendly. However, they are hard to contact by phone at times, and have strange office-hour policies. The staff instructed me to go in person to complete the authorization for them to transfer x-rays to my new dentist (for some unknown reason they could not process the request by fax or email). I get there at 12:00 p.m. and see two employees working inside at the front desk. I have to use gestures through the window since they won't open the door for me. I learn that they will reopen in two hours, at 2 p.m. I think they just decided to close to catch up on paperwork.

Finally, while examining my teeth Dr. Ledda said that it looked like I might need some fillings, but when I followed up later with a different dentist, there were no signs of decay. I suppose it's possible the problem areas cleared up in between me seeing Dr. Ledda and the new dentist, but it seemed odd.

After speaking with Jackie at Dr. Ledda's office of Tri City Dental of Vallejo, I had to cancel an appointment with another dental office. Jackie and I were laughing and she answered every question I asked!!! Now when you meet Dr. Ledda Algria take a look at her hands. Talk about loving your profession and then being blessed with strong hands but small hands!!! Dr. Ledda made me feel so relaxed(no pain) and explained in detail every step of the procedure!!!
